Patricia Blake Catering has graciously served Fairfield County (Connecticut), Westchester County (New York), and greater New York City for more than fifteen years. Today, Patricia Blake Catering handles over 500 parties, dinners, and events annually.

Blake takes great pride in working with her corporate and private clients and caters business luncheons, cocktail receptions, large banquets and buffets, intimate dinners, wine tastings, and more. Working with Darien Liquor Shop, Patricia Blake Catering can provide one-stop shopping for its clients.

Along with executive chef Sally Pinto, Blake has catered as many as 25 parties on a weekend at her new facility, working with fantastic "guest chefs" for multiple party days. Many of these cooks, as well as bartenders and servers, have been working with Patty for years and have seen her enterprise expand and prosper.
